For anywhere else, use Waystones.
/spawn takes you back to spawn after a 5-second countdown. If you die without a bed or respawn anchor, you respawn at spawn.
Warps are commands that take you somewhere at spawn. Stand still for 5 seconds after typing one (taking damage cancels it).
